Volunteer OpportunitiesUndergraduate and Graduate Student opportunitiesCasa Cornelia Law Center offers an opportunity to college/university undergraduate and graduate students interested in our programs to intern as Legal Assistants, thus providing meaningful support to our programs and staff. When applying, please indicate which program(s) you are interested in. Students volunteering for the Fall or Spring sessions must commit a minimum of 12-15 hours a week to Casa Cornelia; Summer sessions requires a commitment of 15-20 or more hours per week. All students participate in an orientation workshop prior to the beginning of each session. Preference is given to students with professional experience, although no legal experience is required. Students who are either proficient or fluent in Spanish are encouraged to apply. Students are given significant responsibility, and are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
